FUSION Student Ministry is looking for a BIG WIN in the lives of our teens (grades 7-12).  We win when a student begins to own their faith in Jesus and live for the renown of God as they seek the renewal of our city with the gospel fo Jesus Christ.  Students are growing in maturity and we want to walk through the  process of fully owning their faith and living on mission for Jesus as they mature to adulthood.  This will not be fully achieved until well into their 20s.  We hope to inspire teens and help them begin to own their personal faith journey.

  • Life Group Hangouts - Each life group will schedule opportunities for students to make memories.
  • FUSION Midweek Gathering: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:15 Santos Center - Students will have the opportunity to have fun with their friends, connect with God through music, and hear something that helps them better live out their faith.
  • CONNECT Events - Throughout the year, we'll put together some big, fun, crazy, awesome events!  They are designed to help students have fun with their friends and make memories with their small group leaders.  Scroll down for a look at our upcoming events.

Hang tight while we look up scheduled events...

FUSION Leadership

FUSION has 4 levels of leadership to allow both students and volunteers to plug in and use their abilities and interests.

  • Strategic Planning Team - This team of leaders evaluate the goals and objectives of the student ministry and map out the main events that will allow us to accomplish the purposes of the ministry.
  • Program Leaders - These leaders have a specific role during a specific time frame.  These roles range from greeters and check in volunteers to FUSION snack cafe workers and game leaders.
  • Mentors - Mentors work on an individualized basis with specific teens.  We provide mentors with a guide to establish expectations for themselves and for the students being mentored in addition to defining the role.
  • CORE - Students who want to take a deeper step into their discipleship journey can apply for the CORE track.  These students will engage in a yearly commitment to intentional growth.  This will include leadership development through servant leadership training and opportunities.  CORE students will be lead through several books to engage their minds in various aspects of life and leadership and will be challenged to seek out a mentor.  CORE Material Login  Text Brian for the PW if you forget.
