Our facilities are available to rent for parties, weddings and other community events.

Steps to rent our facilities
- Call the Church Office: Please call the church office at 717-761-6040 to confirm that your desired date is available before submitting this form.
- Review our Rentals Brochure: This brochure contains rates and our Facilities Usage Policy which you will agree to in the Even Reservation Form.
- Submit an Event Reservation Form: Complete the form below at least 2 weeks before your requested date.
- Make a rental fee payment: Your event is not reserved until the deposit is received. Make your rental fee payment here.

Step 2: Review the Rentals Brochure
You will be asked in the Event Reservation Form whether you agree to the Facilities Usage Guidelines.
Step 3: Submit an Event Reservation Form below
Step 4: Make a Payment
Make your 50% deposit or make a full payment to reserve your date.
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
- Your event is not reserved until the deposit or full payment is received.
- A 5% cancellation fee applies.
