There will be a final meeting for the Hike trip August 2, 6:00-7:00 pm. The goal of this meeting is to: Receive any last-minute Medical Release forms Hand out "community items" (tents, snacks, etc.) Weigh the packs to know whether or not they will be manageable Answer any lingering questions. What to Bring: Your hiking packs already packed with EVERYTHING for the week. You want to pack as light as possible (no more than 20 pounds BEFORE the meeting so there is room for community items). Medical Release Form if you haven't already filled one out. $150 fee. You can give cash, check or online.
